Well, last night went well, they both are adjusting better than we thought.  They are quiet sleepers, not a peep out of them all night.  Woke up this morning and had a nice walk, we went on the screen porch for breakfast where all seemed to be going great.  Barney takes 3 pieces of food and carries them off to eat one at a time and Fred tries to steal them from him, I laughed, ran out of coffee, came in the house to get more, doodled around for a minute or 2 looked out and Fred had stolen my new book and proceeded to rip it to shreds, Barney thought it looked like fun and joined in. I jerked the door open and they both just stopped ... and looked at me, like ”what…I didn’t do it.”  I laughed picked up the book and made the first note to self. I said “Self, from now on, don’t leave books within their reach.” So, later we walked some more, Ethel joined us, then it was on to quiet time where everyone including me had a nice nap.  Back out to walk again (this may help me lose a pound or 10 before it’s over with) and now just hanging at the house.  I took “maternity leave” today Guy will be home with them tomorrow and then I’ll be here on Friday.  Just letting you know how the boys are, they really are doing better than any of us expected them to, no accidents in the house and the only casualty so far is one paperback, oh and a chew toy.  I’ll keep you posted.
